Shops – clothing and equipment shops, curios, 2 mini-markets for food and essentials. Chemist, Liquor Outlet, Jewellery Shops , The 2 banks and ATM machines make life easy, A laundromat for washing.

The village is too small to need a car. Everything is in walking distance.

Night life – try the Grivola pub, the Welsh Bar, the Ymmeltrob cocktail bar, the Copapan Pub, the Yeti, Gasoline, and many more. For the youngsters there are discos..

Adventure sports – the Heli Skiing in Cervinia is just awesome, and there is climbing (the mighty Matterhorn!) paragliding, snow and summer 18-hole golf, a snow park on the Bontadini run, curling, indoor pools and X country skiing. There is an ice museum worth seeing and the Ice Hotel on the mountain in the Zermatt area.

Cervinia has a terrific outdoor Ice Rink. Great for kids to do at night.

Small kids can play, toboggan and have fun at Kids Zone, right at the base of the slopes.

Restaurants abound, with all sorts of diners in town, as well as many mountain restaurants for skiers to enjoy. A few coffee shops with one offering the most decadent pastries and cakes.

If you need a rest from skiing one can arrange excursions to places like Milan, Zermatt, Valtournenche, Turin, Aosta & Lake Como!
